I had to share a brilliant idea I saw the other day on Fit Perez – Perez Hilton’s site where he shares news of star’s health/diet and exercise.
He was talking about how new mum Jessica Simpson is losing her baby weight by exercising on a treadmill while watching 24. Perez suggested that to crank things up a notch she ran whenever Jack Bauer did which sounds like a completely brilliant idea to me. This got me thinking, in the way of TV drinking games (ie where you say have a shot every time someone on Friends has a coffee), what exercise games could I introduce into my favourite TV shows?
Gossip Girl: Every time Blake Lively or Leighton Meester wear a short skirt I have to do one minute of leg exercises.
90210: Every time Annalynne McCord shows off her stomach I have to plank for 30 seconds.
Mad Men: Every time a cast member gets steamy with someone they aren’t married to, it’s time for 20 press ups.
Breaking Bad: Every time I want to punch Walt (that happens a lot) I have to do a minute of shadow boxing
You’d be in brilliant shape in no time.
