Power Up Your Resolutions With This Word Change

I saw a nice idea in Zest magazine the other day. It came from coach Pete Cohen and was discussing how to make it more likely that you stick to resolutions. He said that instead of using willpower, you use WHYpower and really look at why you want to do something. The more compelling your reasons the more likely you are to keep things going when barriers appear. So, there’s your mission. It’s time to think about your whys.
