I do take sponsored posts – but only for products I truly believe in. These will be clearly marked. Please note, I do not offer paid for follow links so I’m afraid I will say no to any companies requesting them. Products being reviewed are often sent by PR companies – being sent products does not influence my opinion in any way. I’m a journalist for my day job, I am sent products every single day – the ones that appear on here are the ones I truly think fit the NYNHB remit.
I’d love to run more guest posts on here, but again, I say no to a lot of the ones I’m offered. If you’d like to contribute to NYNHB drop me a line with your idea and we can talk about it. The type of thing I’m really interested in are posts from fitness, food or wellbeing experts that can give readers some brilliant advice they haven’t heard before; I’d also love to see posts on new trends that maybe I haven’t even heard of yet, brilliant recipe ideas that are a bit different (you make ice cream from vegetables or bread from insect flour – tell me all about it), reviews of spas or beauty treatments that are a bit unusual – and anything that will make me laugh out loud in relation to fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. If I’ve read it 100 times before I’m really sorry but I’m going to say no – surprise me. Think ‘does this make me go ‘ooh, that’s interesting, useful or out and out bonkers’ – if it’s yes, drop me a line.
