To do list too long? Try this

Remember I said I was going to try and post some short posts…..well here’s one! It’s a tip I found in UK Marie Claire (I think – it was while I was on holiday and the suitcase has eaten the bit of paper!) and it was…….

‘keep your to do list short enough to fit on twitter’.

In other words, if you want to reduce stress Рand possibly improve your time management,  your to do list should be super short. In fact it should include only the most important three things you need to do each day Рwhen they are crossed off, feel free to do a little smug dance round the office Рand then start a new one. Okay.

    My to-do list is mammoth otherwise I forget to do stuff… But I like the idea of breaking it into small chunks to make it less scary!
